Access Without Borders: Global Strategies

for the Next Era

The ACCESS Forum invites you to contribute to the dialogue shaping the next era of healthcare access. As global policies converge and value frameworks evolve, collaboration across borders has never been more critical. Under the theme Access Without Borders: Global Strategies for the Next Era, the Lisbon Forum will bring together global leaders in market access, HEOR, policy, and patient engagement to share insights, challenge conventions, and drive action.

This year’s program will center around four thematic tracks designed to explore how rapid policy evolution, economic pressures, and emerging technologies are redefining access strategies worldwide.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

Please review all instructions carefully; incomplete proposals or those that do not meet the following criteria will not be considered for review. We encourage interactive, practical, and forward-looking sessions that advance thought leadership in market and patient access. Proposals should:
  • Clearly define learning objective and intended audience
  • Describe how the session contributes to advancing access stragegy or evidence innovation
  • Incldue representation from diverse organization sectors (industry, academia, payer, policymaker, and solution providers)
All proposals must be submitted online via the ACCESS Forum submission portal. The submission deadline is Decmber 12, 2025, and notifications will be sent by January 12, 2026.

PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • A clear session title related to one of the four tracks listed below
  • A defined purpose statement describing the need or gap addressed (200 words max.)
  • 2-3 learning objectives
  • 3-4 proposed presenters/panelists
  • At least 50% presenters from industry (pharma, biotech, or MedTech)
  • Presenters representing multiple organizations and perspectives

LOGISTICAL NOTES:

‣ ACCESS Forum will not accept proposals without confirmed presenters
‣ Presenters may not participate in more than one parallel session.
‣ Accepted sessions receive 2 complimentary registrations; additional
presenters receive 50% discounted registration.
‣ Each parallel session is 75 minutes, with a total of 16 sessions
across four rotations.
‣ We strongly discourage heavily didactic presentations; proposals
should emphasize interactivity and engagement.
