The ACCESS Forum invites you to submit proposals for sessions that reflect the evolving landscape of healthcare access, value, and patient engagement. Building on insights from our global community, the 2026 US Forum will feature four thematic tracks designed to spark dialogue, showcase innovation, and drive action across the industry. These tracks will address US and ex-US policy trends, evidence and value demonstration, and the critical role of digital health and AI have in shaping the future of access.

These tracks will address US and ex-US policy trends, evidence and value demonstration, and the critical role of digital health and AI have in shaping the future of access.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
Please review this guide and all instructions carefully; proposals that are incomplete or do not align with the criteria below will NOT be considered for review. We encourage submissions that are interactive, practical, and forward-looking. Proposals should clearly define learning objectives, identify intended audiences, and describe how the session will advance thought leadership in market and patient access. Submissions from industry, academia, payers, policymakers, and solution providers are welcome.
All proposals must be submitted online through the ACCESS Forum platform, HERE.
The deadline for submissions is October 10, 2025.

- Proposals must have a designated submitter who will receive all notifications. Submitters can also serve as presenters.
- Proposals must not endorse any one product, platform, or agency.
- Proposals must include:
◦ A clear title relate to one of the four tracks listed below
◦ A defined purpose statement, need, or gap filled by this session (max 200 words)
◦ 2 to 3 learning objectives
◦ 3 to 4 total proposed presenter/panelists

‣ At least 50% presenters from industry (actively employed by a
pharmaceutical company, biotech, MedTech company)
‣ Strongly encourage multiple perspectives/organizations in
sessions (i.e., presenters not from the same company)
‣ ACCESS Forum will not accept proposals without proposed
presenters – please check interest/availability of presenters
prior to submitting
‣ Presenters are limited to one unique parallel session
Accepted sessions will receive 2 complimentary program registrations. The remaining 1 or 2 presenters/panelists will receive a 50% discounted registration.
Parallel sessions make up the bulk of the 2026 program, with four (4) rotations each containing four (4) parallel sessions, for a total of 16 parallel sessions. Each session is 75 minutes in duration.
Sessions may be in form of interactive workshops with visual aids/group exercises, or panel discussions. We strongly discourage heavily didactic presentations.

SESSION TRACKS:
The U.S. market is experiencing significant shifts in policy, pricing, and distribution models that will define the future of access. This track invites proposals addressing topics such as:
- The impact of U.S. healthcare policy changes, including IRA, IPAY, MFN, and executive orders
- 340B reform and its implications for stakeholders across the system
- Evolving distribution models such as direct-to-consumer approaches
- The role and challenges of PBMs in shaping access and pricing
- Other U.S.-specific policy, payer, and market innovations affecting access strategies
Outside the U.S., market access landscapes are being redefined through regional collaborations, national policies, and country-specific innovations. This Track invites proposals exploring such topics as:
- Pan-European initiatives such as EuHTANet and Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA)
- Market-specific strategies and challenges in Europe, APAC, and Latin America
- Policy frameworks that influence access and reimbursement outside the U.S.
Demonstrating and communicating value is central to market access. This track focuses on how real-world evidence and innovative methodologies can substantiate product value and strengthen payer and stakeholder engagement. Sessions may cover topics such as:
- Success stories of RWE in supporting product adoption and reimbursement
- Approaches for capturing and communicating RWE effectively in product value stories
- Integrating evidence strategies across the lifecycle to drive access outcomes
- Opportunities for global collaboration and alignment in value assessment and evidence generation
Digital transformation is reshaping every aspect of healthcare access, from how evidence is generated to how patients engage with care. This track focuses on the role of digital health, AI, and new technologies in accelerating access, creating efficiencies, and demonstrating value. Sessions may cover such topics such as:
- Using AI to drive payer engagement and smarter decision-making
- Digital tools and AI innovations that enhance patient experience and engagement
- Case studies of innovative technologies immproving access and outcomes
- Opportunities and challenges in capturing the value of digital solutions
