Call for Proposals

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
Please review this guide and all instructions carefully; proposals that are incomplete or do not align with the criteria below will NOT be considered for review. We encourage submissions that are interactive, practical, and forward-looking. Proposals should clearly define learning objectives, identify intended audiences, and describe how the session will advance thought leadership in market and patient access. Submissions from industry, academia, payers, policymakers, and solution providers are welcome.

All proposals must be submitted online through the ACCESS Forum platform, HERE.
The deadline for submissions is October 10, 2025.


  • Proposals must have a designated submitter who will receive all notifications. Submitters can also serve as presenters.
  • Proposals must not endorse any one product, platform, or agency.
  • Proposals must include:
◦ A clear title relate to one of the four tracks listed below
◦ A defined purpose statement, need, or gap filled by this session (max 200 words)
◦ 2 to 3 learning objectives
◦ 3 to 4 total proposed presenter/panelists

‣ At least 50% presenters from industry (actively employed by a
pharmaceutical company, biotech, MedTech company)
‣ Strongly encourage multiple perspectives/organizations in
sessions (i.e., presenters not from the same company)
‣ ACCESS Forum will not accept proposals without proposed
presenters – please check interest/availability of presenters
prior to submitting
‣ Presenters are limited to one unique parallel session
Accepted sessions will receive 2 complimentary program registrations. The remaining 1 or 2 presenters/panelists will receive a 50% discounted registration.

Parallel sessions make up the bulk of the 2026 program, with four (4) rotations each containing four (4) parallel sessions, for a total of 16 parallel sessions. Each session is 75 minutes in duration.

Sessions may be in form of interactive workshops with visual aids/group exercises, or panel discussions. We strongly discourage heavily didactic presentations.
